These chicken packets are a yummy and healthy week night meal. They don't take a lot of prep or time so they are especially great for those nights when you don't feel like making a big, fancy meal.
Chop up all your veggies and season with a little S&P.
Next, season your chicken and place it on some foil in a baking dish. I love using Tony Chachere's for a little cajun flavor, but just a few dashes because it can be salty. If you just want to use a little salt, pepper and garlic powder, that works great too! Sprinkle your veggies around the chicken, then pour the italian dressing and worchestershire over all of the ingredients.
Side note: Add in some fire roasted diced tomatos for some extra sweetness and flavor!
Wrap it tight and pop that baby in the oven for about 25 minutes!
